EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us
first to explain the problem. You may then be asked to return the product
to us, and an exchange or credit will be offered including the cost
of your own return postage. We do not offer exchange or credit however,
when the product
has clearly been damaged through blatant misuse.
We are happy to exchange
or credit any faulty products up to 28 days from their invoice
date, provided we are informed of your intention
prior
to
their return.
Please email us to request your return authorisation number, as unauthorized
returns cannot be accepted.
Provided all the above criteria are met, the value of the products
will be credited less the cost of the initial postage and handling.
